What is important in the case of driving on the streets and roads with aggressive drivers is just to remain calm and in control. According to statistics and studies, drivers in and between the ages of 18 and 26 are the most frequently involved in road rage incidents and collisions.
If you do encounter aggressive drivers while you are driving, you should be very aware that you would only be getting them more upset if you follow them too closely. What you should do is to allow at least a three-second time interval between your car and the car ahead of you. On the other hand, if someone looks like he’s tailgating you, you should not slam on your brakes. What you should do instead is to simply signal and then pull over. Let them pass.
